We now offer you the opportunity to receive information on ANARA Spa products and services, and to purchase selected Coco Mango Products and other ANARA Spa products through our online ordering process (sometimes referred to herein as “anaraspa.com” or “our web site”). As described in this Internet Privacy Policy (“policy”), we are committed to properly using and safeguarding the privacy of all personally identifiable information (“personal information”) that is collected from you when you visit and use our web site. An IP Address is a number automatically assigned to a user's computer each time the user browses the Internet. When you visit our web site, the applicable server used by our Web Host makes a record of your IP Address, together with the date and time of your visit, the type of Internet browser you use and the URL of any other web site that referred you to our web site. The same is true when you are transferred from our web site to other web sites in the manner described elsewhere in this statement. We use that information in order to evaluate and improve the design and functionality of anaraspa.com.

Cookies

When You Request a Transaction

Purchasing a Product
If you elect to purchase a product from our web site, you will be asked to provide your name, billing address, home and daytime telephone number, e-mail address and credit card type, number and expiration date along with information concerning the product you wish to purchase and where you’d like your items shipped. The personal information required to fulfill your purchase will be stored in a database maintained by Hotel Advantage, Inc. for record keeping purposes. If you want the product to be sent to an address other than your billing address, you will also be asked to provide the name, address and home and daytime telephone number of the recipient. The information that you furnish will then be used to fulfill your purchase order (inclusive of obtaining authorization/approval from your credit card company) and ship the product, and as may be otherwise disclosed in this policy.

If you have previously purchased a product online, by entering the e-mail address and password provided at the time of your first purchase, the information contained in the database regarding your prior transaction may be used to pre-populate any corresponding required or requested information fields. Before proceeding with the transaction, you may update any personal information by making changes to the applicable information fields. Any such update shall constitute personal information provided to us for use in accordance with this policy. Please note, however, that any such updates will not automatically update your Registered Customer account.

If you elect to contact us with any questions, comments or requests using the online form that is part of anaraspa.com, you will need to provide your full name, telephone number and e-mail address so that we can be sure to be able to contact you. You will also be given the opportunity to provide additional information, including any dates of your stay with us or the date of your expected stay, that will allow us to serve you better, although the additional information is not required in order for you to complete and submit the online form.

The information that you include in our online form described above will not be encrypted prior to transmission so you should exercise good judgment about the nature of the information that you include in the form (e.g., do not include things like your credit card number in the comments field). The information that you include in the online forms will be used in responding to your questions, comments and requests and as otherwise disclosed in this policy.

Use of Personal Information; Sharing Data with Third Parties
The personal information and other information that you furnish when online, whether through becoming a Registered Customer or when you conduct an online purchase, will be used to create an account (at your request) or to fulfill your requested transaction as indicated in each applicable section of this policy. Further, such information may be used by us, the Hyatt family of companies or our service providers (acting on our behalf) as otherwise described in the policy. While the policy identifies certain of our service providers, there may be other service providers acting on our behalf in accordance with this policy that are not so disclosed. Indeed, we reserve the right to change service providers from time to time in the ordinary course of our business. Your information may be provided to third parties to the extent necessary to process and fill your order, to reduce credit risk, protect against fraud, comply with applicable law, enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions of Use and privacy policy. In some instances, we may also share non-identifying and aggregate information with other parties. Except as otherwise disclosed in this policy, personal information will not be shared with or sold to third parties outside the Hyatt family of companies and our service providers without your permission.

Business Transfers
As we continue to develop our business, we may determine to sell our hotel and other assets. In such a transaction, customer information is generally one of the transferred business assets and we reserve the right to include personal information collected on our web site as an asset in any such transfer. Also, in the unlikely event that we, or substantially all of our assets, or Hyatt generally, are acquired, customer information may be one of the transferred assets.

Legal Requirements
We reserve the right to disclose any personal information you submit to us if we are compelled to do so by a court of law or governmental entity or if we determine it is necessary or desirable to comply with the law or to protect or defend our rights or property or the rights or property of, our company, the Hyatt family of companies, our web site or their users.

Security
The web site uses Secured Socket Layer ("SSL") software up to 128-bit encryption in order to encrypt the personal information that you provide to us through them. Provided that you use a SSL enabled Internet browser like the most current versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, your transmissions of personal information to us through them online will be secure.
